Job Purpose
Assist the CRM team in executing digital customer relationship management projects, supporting on data analysis, gift management, other daily admin operations and partly support in Marketing task.

Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis
Excel data mapping and processing on CRM data, including:
• VLOOKUP cross-table matching (multi-criteria)
• Pivot table analysis (dynamic data sources + calculated fields)
• Advanced filtering and conditional formatting automation
2. Project Operations Support
• Track store closure information and synchronize real-time updates with reminder alerts
3. Gift Management
• Track gift delivery status (warehouse, boutique, and office)
• Maintain office gift inventory records (storage location, quantity, type)
• Coordinate and document office gift dispatch (purpose, quantity, date)
• Manage incoming gift inventory (arrange storage location and record quantity)
4. SAP PO & Tsuite Order Processing
• Process supplier payment orders and maintain records
5. Administrative Support
• Printing, binding, courier services, and other office tasks
6. Partly support in Marketing task.
• Participate in and support Marketing team activities when campaign or event support is required.

Requirements
• Data Analysis: Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced filtering, conditional formatting)
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently and address issues proactively
• Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy
• Multi-tasking: Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
