Maison: Alaïa
JOB Description:
- Cooperate with merch team and production team to maintain and manage product master data in system
- Follow and make sure smooth import and transfer during seasonal delivery, work closely with logistic team regarding fabric testing, daily transfer, custom clearance, delivery tracking etc.
- Support merchandising in preparation of buying, and new season launch
- Update delivery report on weekly basis
- Support stock transfer and rebalancing to maximize seasonal sell-through
- Support admin work including vendor creation, chop process, payment application
Requirements
- MS Office proficiency in Excel (Power Point & Excel)
- Strong analytical skills, data sensitive and detail-oriented
- Fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Familiar with ERP system (SAP preferred) is a plus
- Able to multitask and being agile in terms of facing different assignments
- Strong pressure resistance and sense of responsibility
