职责描述
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
1. Work in international leading cosmetic company with “care” culture
2. Explore the hair care market & gain category knowledge guided by experienced experts
3. Learn in depth the relevant raw materials & characterization techniques
4. Upskill via practical laboratory work and documentation task
5. Collaborate with x-functional teams
6. Search for literature or patent if necessary
The purposes of this position are:
1. Support Lab to fulfill OTIF delivery of R&D related tasks, mainly for lab batch making, test sample preparation etc.
2. Support experienced experts to try new formulation with new raw materials
3. Collect Hair Care market trends & summarize competitor products information
4. Support team admin task if necessary
5. Literature search in certain cases
Qualification:
1. Scientific profile, chemistry, biology major would be preferrable
2. Act as a quick learner, can deliver required task with quality & efficiency on time
3. Open minded, easy to communicate
4. Good in English, especially in written skills
5. Interested in science, cosmetics
6. Passion in laboratory work
7. Stable for at least half year, better for 1 year
8. At least 3 days per week
