Objectives: Provide strategic analysis and execution support to R&D and sales initiatives through market insights, business analysis, and cross functional coordination.
Main Tasks:
RD Project Support [50%]
-Support the PMO team with China market insight collection, including technology trends, cost signals, and competitive observations relevant to next generation compact platforms.
-Prepare management level slides and materials for project reviews and decision meetings, translating analysis into clear and structured narratives.
-Assist in cross functional project coordination, supporting communication and alignment across R&D, purchasing, finance, and external partners, as well as scenario comparison across in house, co development, and partnership approaches.
BMBS Project Support [50%]
-Support the PMO team in driving stakeholder alignment across sales, marketing, finance, and regional organizations on sales model topic.
-Contribute to business case calculation and quantitative analysis, including key assumptions, financial impacts, and comparison of alternative concepts.
-Conduct market research and external benchmarking, and summarize findings into management ready insights to support steering and decision making

Key Qualifications:
[Required:] Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to structure analysis and create clear, logic driven slides ; Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
[Preferred:] Prior automotive industry exposure; Experience in strategy or consulting related projects, including analysis, research, or problem structuring
