职位描述 Support cross-region HR projects by collecting, organizing, and structuring inputs from different countries/regions
•Assist in consolidating policies, processes, and operational practices into clear and structured formats
•Analyze HR-related data (e.g., time off, hiring, operational metrics) and support basic data cleaning and visualization (Excel, etc.)
•Prepare materials such as summaries, reports, and internal documentation to support decision-making
•Support coordination with local HR teams to follow up on inputs and ensure timely and accurate information flow
•Assist with documentation management, including organizing files, maintaining records, and supporting knowledge base updates
•任职资格 Undergraduate or postgraduate student (preferably in the final or penultimate year)
•Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
•Solid Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, basic data structuring and visualization)
•Strong sense of structure — able to organize scattered information into clear and logical outputs
•Detail-oriented and comfortable working with large amounts of information across different sources
•Good communication skills, with the ability to follow up and coordinate with stakeholders across different regions
•Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and keep things moving forward
•Proactive, reliable, and willing to take ownership of tasks
