职责描述
Job Mission
To support the Travel Retail and Wholesale business in China by ensuring efficient execution of daily operations, including shipment follow-up, after-sales coordination, VM reporting, and training support, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and communication.
Main Responsibilities
1. Operations & Shipment Coordination
• Coordinate lightbox changing with marketing team and stores, in terms of image selection, quotation and changing follow up
• Follow up on Wholesale payment and order status
• Handle uniform and package order from clients
• Follow up on shipment status with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate tracking records and provide regular updates
2. After-sales Support (Defective & Customer Claims)
• Handle and follow up on defective products and customer claims cases with clients
• Coordinate with stores, repairers, and partners to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
3. Visual Merchandising (VM) Reporting
• Collect and consolidate VM reports from stores and partners
• Ensure reports are complete, accurate, and submitted on time
• Highlight key observations or inconsistencies to the manager
4. Training & Communication Support
• Coordinate distribution of training materials to stores and partners
• Support training and follow-up when needed
• Ensure timely communication of brand guidelines and updates
5. General Administrative Support
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business updates
• Support ad-hoc projects and coordination across internal teams
Professional Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or operations support
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with accuracy
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Working proficiency in English (ability to r
