职责描述
Main goals and objectives:
· Support in Technical Service team for regular data/report business
Your Responsibilities:
· Support in customer complaint information collection and management.
· Support in quality improvement information collection and management.
· Support in damage parts analysis information collection and management.
· Support in KPI related data collection and management.
· Support in organization of routine department meetings, preparation of agendas and taking meeting minutes
Our Requirements:
Necessary education:
· University / college ongoing bachelor degree education or above, in the field of automotive engineering, electrical engineering, data management, business management, etc.
Personal skills:
· Strong communication skill, well-organized skill, problem-solving oriented
· Proactive, independent, self-motivated working attitude
· Quick comprehension and high operational readiness
Working experience (in years):
· Working (intern) experience in multinational company is preferred
· Working (intern) experience in Aftersales/Quality related department is preferred
Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):
· Fluent in spoken and written English, proficient German skills preferred
· Professional in MS office software
· Experience with database handling/data-visualization (e.g. Tableau, Hadoop, Cassandra, Power BI etc.) is preferred
