职责描述
Main goals and objectives:
· Support and manage PCP Head's daily working routines (incl. schedules, appointments, signature for document/process etc.)
· Time management, setting priorities for all tasks
· Managing PCP internal directly reporting line management meeting, distributing tasks and tracking the results
· Support and networking with other business areas/communications/meetings
Your Responsibilities:
· Prepare meeting contents of PCP Team Meetings, Workshops(Townhall Meeting etc.)
· Support PCP department administrative activities
· Maintain PCP department database
Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.

Necessary education:
· Undergraduates or above

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities to deal with people at all levels in the organization
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Analytical ability and creativity for problem solving
· Assertiveness, facilitation and coordination skills
· Ability to work autonomously
· Ability to foster Team spirit
· Computer Literacy - excellent knowledge of MS Office
· Language Literacy – English (written & verbal)
Working experience (in years):
· Not necessary, internship experience is preferred.

· Duration 4-6 Months

· Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
· Be familiar with the basic knowledge related to Mechanical or Automobile
