职责描述
Job Description
岗位职责：
1.研究和评估主流 AI 编程工具（如 GitHub Copilot、Claude、Cursor、Windsurf 等），为团队提供选型建议
Research and evaluate mainstream AI coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf), and provide tool selection recommendations for the team
2.为团队成员提供 AI 编程工具的使用培训和日常指导，帮助团队快速上手
Provide training and day-to-day guidance on AI coding tools to team members, helping them get up to speed quickly
3.探索和总结 AI 辅助编程的最佳实践，制定团队 Prompt 编写规范和使用指南
Explore and document best practices for AI-assisted programming, and establish team guidelines for prompt writing and tool usage
4.协助将 AI 工具集成到现有开发流程（如 CI/CD、代码审查等）中
Assist in integrating AI tools into existing development workflows (e.g. CI/CD, code review)
Educational Background
教育背景：
硕士及以上在读
Specific Expertise
特定专业知识：
1.熟悉至少一种编程语言（Python、JavaScript、Java等）
Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.)
2.有使用 AI 编程工具的经验，如 GitHub Copilot、Claude、Cursor 等
Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor
3.了解基本的软件开发流程和版本控制（Git）
Familiar with basic software development workflows and version control (Git)
4.有实际项目经验者优先
Prior project experience is a plus
5.学习能力强，能快速适应新技术和工具
Strong learning ability with capacity to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools
6.良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神
Good communication skills and team collaboration spirit
