职责描述
Main Goals and Objectives
Supporting the team with After-Sales Customer- and Workshop-Media development by researching engineering information and connecting those to Customer-and Workshop-Media.
Technical evaluation of repair procedures on DMU data and hardware.
Candidate’s Responsibilities
Research technical information independently.
Reporting findings frequently to respective Engineer.
Meetings and activities Organization.
Data management support in confluence.
Job Requirements
Basic vehicle knowledge
Good communication skill
Good English language for daily exchange
Necessary Education
Bachelor and above
Experience
Detailed knowledge about databases and related systems Detailed
knowledge about project management tools Confluence & Jira
Skills (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.)
Basic vehicle knowledge
English (German is beneficial)
MS Access, Jira, Confluence
Able to manage huge sets of data
