职责描述
Monthly Routine:
• Data Management & Reporting:
• Monitor and report on F&B social media & Stay Experience Platform, consolidate data for performance tracking & enhancement
• Track and compile TOD status of pre-opening project’s F&B, ensuring alignment with relevant stakeholders.
• Update Hotel outlet information, ensuring accuracy of F&B performance analysis
• Maintain and update hotel properties’ F&B contact lists (email & WeChat groups) for internal and external stakeholders
• Financial & Administrative Support:
• Process team reimbursements and ensure timely submission to Finance
• Assist on monthly/weekly meeting coordination
Project-Based Works:
• Greater China’s F&B Social Media Playbook 5.0:
• Assist in developing the playbook which further supports hotel team to drive quality awareness capturing & business conversion
• Event & Conference Support:
• Coordinate logistics for Corp master events, meetings, and conferences, including vendor liaison and material preparation
• Payment & Procurement:
• Process F&B-related payments (suppliers, invoices) and ensure proper documentation
• F&B Initiatives & Compliance:
• Support F&B programs/initiatives (e.g., Chef Month, Hilton’s Terroir Table’s coordination and collection, F&B corporate promotion materials, etc.)
• Assist in publishing and maintaining updated F&B standards on internal platforms
Key Skill Set:
• Fluent English & Chinese in speaking and written
• Excel (Intermediate level: such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, PivotTables, conditional formatting, and data validation)
• PowerPoint Presentation (Intermediate level: Utilizing Slide Master for layout consistency, working with SmartArt, embedding charts/media, and organizing slides)
