职责描述
This is an ideal opportunity for students pursuing actuarial science, reinsurance or risk analytics to become part of our analytics team, focusing on:
▪ Reinsurance related analysis, including actuarial analysis, catastrophe modelling, reinsurance pricing, benchmarking, internal tools maintenance and development.
▪ Assisting clients in understanding their exposure to insurance risk and determining the optimal reinsurance arrangements that align with their risk, return and capital requirements.
▪ Supporting client meetings, presentations, market studies, tenders and reporting.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals holding a degree in a numerate discipline, such as actuarial science, maths, or statistics. Ideal candidates should have the following qualities:
▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience in programming projects (e.g., VBA, Python) and/or exposure to stochastic modelling or academic/business research is a plus.
▪ Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to deliver high-quality work to meet both internal and external needs.
▪ High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
▪ Last but not least, curiosity, proactivity and eagerness to build a career in risk analytics
This position is based in Shanghai/Beijing. Candidates should be prepared to begin work in March 2026 for a minimum duration of 5 months.
