职责描述
Job Summary
This position is supporting for the NPD product evaluation, claim support and consumer technical insight study as a member of Asia CTI team. You will take part in the whole NPD process, join in the product designed from insight to launched, communication with cross function team.
Responsibilities
1. Supporting for NPD efficacy test, incl. lab work, cross function communication, sampling etc.
2. Supporting competitor analysis.
3. Data collection, analysis by digital tool
4. Other teamwork.
Required Qualifications
1. At least bachelor’s degree in chemistry or biology or a related field.
2. Proficiency in MS office software such as PowerPoint and Excel (formula, VBA)
3. Experience in data analysis programming is preferred, such as Python and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
4. Can-do attitude, attention to details, well organized, ability to multi-task, proactively drive impact and get results
5. Good communication skills in English, including reading, written, oral skills is preferred.
