职责描述
Your Tasks:
We offer you the opportunity to work alongside AHK China’s dedicated, dynamic Corporate Communications team in a challenging, international environment with plenty of room for your own ideas and creativity.
Maintain and further develop the AHK Greater China website.
Support our official communication channels: editing articles, modifying pictures, preparing content to be posted on WeChat and Weibo.
Support the Corporate Communications team with various internal and external communication formats as well as Media Relations. You will help the team execute multimedia productions with external service providers; assist with organizing and maintaining the editorial calendar.
You will work & liaise closely with the entire organization and key-personnel in Communications, Membership, and other internal departments
We might assign other tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:
Enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student in Media, Computer Science, Linguistics, or another academic field relevant for this position.
Experience using social media such as WeChat, Weibo, is essential.
Solid MS Office skills are a must (especially PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
Chinese native speaker with excellent command of English, both spoken and written are a must, German language skills are a plus
Strong writing and editing skills are desired.
Very good knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, ability to observe confidentiality. A structured work approach and high attention to detail. Able to work independently.
