职责描述
Job Description:
- Assist Transaction Bank sales in business projects and data mining to support China growth plan;
- Support on daily Transaction Bank activities monitoring for deposits, payments, trade, and supply chain management.
- Contribute on Transaction Bank self-check of historical transactions and coordinate with risk control team and operations to follow up the issues.
- Do marketing research and strategic analysis on various industry and companies;
- Systematically monitor clients' portfolio on regular basis- product trend, peer banks comparison, information search, etc;
- Collaborate with the team to prepare pitch-books, document translation, etc;
- Pipeline consolidation and tracking for the team and follow up with stakeholders for necessary actions;
- Coordinate activities across TB teams and also with coverage teams;
- Prepare management reports and presentation material under supervision of TB sales and management;
- Assist TB sales to follow up and chase daily transactions;
- Admin work of the team and other tasks assigned by TB sales and management.
REQUIREMENT:
Ability to work effectively and inclusively;
Self-motivated, aggressive and result-driven;
Good cash or trade (import and export) knowledge;
Fluent in English and Chinese, any other language is a plus;
Expert in Excel, PPT and other office tools;
Additional experience with VBA, Python, or other big data programming languages will be considered a plus.
