职责描述
[6 months, 4-5 days/week]
Objectives:
- Establish integrated database and Power BI dashboard of TEV product and Market data
- Analyze the KPI demand of each function in TEV Sales Management Team, identify and design the best-fit automate dashboard based on the database
- Support to improve working efficiency of TEV Sales Management Team
Main Tasks:
- Deep understand each TEV Sales and Market relevant KPIs and corelations among the KPIs
- Develop the master data for the key KPIs with good solution of efficient updating workflows
- Design and implement the visualization of the data analysis result in Dashboard
- Other ad-hoc analysis work

Key Qualifications:
1. Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel skills, including expertise in pivot tables, slicers, Power Query, and Power Pivot.Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to design and implement interactive dynamic reports.Experience in writing VBA (Excel macros) to automate report operations.Proficiency in Python, for efficient data cleaning and logical processing.
2. Automation Capabilities:Ability to use supporting tools to implement scheduled tasks.Capable of extracting data from multiple sources (e.g., files, databases) with basic SQL skills being a plus.
3.Strong analytical skills to design logical rules based on business requirements, ensuring accurate and relevant report presentations.
4. Good Communication skills & Self-motivation

Degree: Bachelor or above
Major: Computer Science
