职责描述
Team Background: This position is part of the Brand Team, focusing on brand performance analysis. You will support the team in tracking brand effectiveness, optimizing marketing strategies, and driving business growth through data insights.
1. Dashboard Analysis - Responsible for the daily analysis of core data dashboards, covering the collection, integration, and visual analysis of multi-dimensional data such as user portraits, user behavior, sales performance, and advertising campaigns, ensuring data accuracy.
2. Brand Health Tracking - Support the implementation of brand health monitoring projects, participate in competitive product data research and market trend analysis, extract actionable business insights and competitive strategy recommendations, and help capture market opportunities.
3. Business Data Support & System Building - Assist the business side in daily data statistics and in-depth analysis, participate in the construction of data indicator systems, establish and maintain core data monitoring mechanisms, promptly capture data anomalies, locate business problems, collaborate with relevant resources for follow-up analysis, and output improvement directions.
4. Campaign Execution & Review: After launch, regularly monitor the performance of on-going campaigns. Be responsible for daily/weekly reports by processing front-end and back-end data.
5. Administrative & Contract Support - Provide administrative assistance for the team, including sorting out payment documents, filing contracts, coordinating with relevant departments for payment progress tracking,etc.
任职资格
1. Graduate in 2026, currently working towards Bachelors or Masters in relevant fields. - Prefer candidates with prior experience in similar fields.
2. Proficient in MS Office&Tableau other data analytics tools, SQL is a plus.
3. 5 days per week for at least 6 months. Prefer candidates who are interested in becoming full-time employee after graduation.
