职责描述
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Boutique Intern to support our boutique (BTQ) operations. As a member of the boutique team, the Boutique Intern supports the daily operation of the boutique and contributes to delivering a high-quality client experience. Under the guidance of the boutique team, the intern assists in client service, sales support, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth boutique operations and consistent brand image. This internship is designed for university students who are eager to learn about luxury retail, client engagement, and boutique operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Boutique Client Service Assistance
· Welcome clients warmly and assist in creating a pleasant in-boutique experience.
· Support the team in managing client flow and waiting time in a professional and attentive manner.
· Assist with boutique hospitality, including client seating, refreshments, and general floor support.
2. Sales Assistance
· Help prepare items for client presentation, packaging, gift wrapping, and after-sales follow-up when needed.
· Observe client needs proactively and provide timely assistance to the sales team.
3. Admin Assistance
· Provide interpretation support for boutique daily operations (both spoken and written).
· Help coordinate simple internal communications and ad hoc tasks assigned by boutique management.
COMPETENCIES
· Fluent in Russian (both spoken and written).
· Basic spoken English (able to handle simple daily communication).
· Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully
· Able to work in a fast-paced boutique environment
· Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Attend 3–4 days per week, with a preference for weekends.
