职责描述

Name of Project: Accident Business Data Analysis
Objectives:
The intern will be fully involved in accident business data analysis project, supporting the multi-parties communication to enhance relevant knowledge base with eventally the ability to motivate excellent business outcome.
Main Tasks:
- Interacting with multiple departments regarding project progress & status updating;
- Accident business data deep dive to explore the business insight;
- Support management team to develop business strategy and make countermeasures based on the analysis results;
- Monitor data performance and review the effectiveness of countermeasures.

Key Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel skills, including expertise in pivot tables, Power Query, and functions such as vlookup and sumifs.
- Proficient in Power BI is a must, with the ability to design and develop interactive dynamic reports.
- Familiarity with Python for data cleaning and logical processing is a plus.
- Experience in writing VBA (Excel macros) to automate report operations.
- Ability to use supporting tools to implement scheduled tasks.
- Strong analytical skills to design logical rules based on business requirements, ensuring accurate and relevant report presentations.
- Good Communication skills & Self-motivation
