职责描述
Key Responsibilities:
Data Support & Analysis : Daily sales tracking, stock management and performance tracking to support online sales.
Content & EC-MKT : Help managing store assets and keep visual design/copywrite on brand equity. Help managing Tmall store livestream room.
Online store visual management : Keep Online flagship stores aesthetic by daily checking
Admin support: Manage contract document, vendor payment and store certifications, and daily operational tasks.
Key Requirements:
Proficient in Excel/PPT, good at written Chinese and English.
Have good sense of aesthetics, strong communication skills.
Passionate about E-com, beauty, fragrance.
Available to work 4 days per week.

数据支持与分析：负责日常销售数据追踪、库存管理及业绩分析，为线上销售提供数据支持。
内容与电商营销：协助管理店铺素材，把控视觉设计与文案内容的品牌一致性；协助天猫店铺直播间运营。
线上店铺视觉管理：通过日常巡检，维护线上旗舰店的视觉调性。
行政支持：跟进合同流程、供应商付款及店铺资质管理等日常运营事务。
任职要求：
熟练使用Excel及PPT，具备优秀的中英文书面能力。
具备良好的审美意识与沟通协调能力。
对电商、美妆及香氛行业有热情。
每周可保证4天出勤。（可到岗5天优先，可持续6个月以上优先）
