职责描述
Activities:
- Sourcing: assist procurement Category Managers in market analysis, supplier contact & information collection (Request For Information), Sample collection, assist in negotiation preparation, etc.
- Supplier qualification: Supplier anti-bribery due diligence investigation, financial analysis.
- Contract management: Reviewing and sort out purchasing docs, filing contracts and express to suppliers etc. Work with Internal Control during contract review/approval/signature process.
- Market Intelligence: follow market trend & cost indicators, share information with relevant stakeholders.
- Support Procurement team on other routine affaires.
Qualifications:
- Team spirit, open-minded, self-motivated.
- Strong communication skill.
- Able to work in English environment (written & oral).
- Familiar with MS tools (Excel, PPT, Outlook).
- Availability: 4-5 days per week; 4-6 months; To start ASAP.
