职责描述
Targets of Position 职位目标
Work as a team member to assist departmental engineers with related tasks, involving PE/EC/GTT WT. 作为团队成员协助部门工程师完成相关工作
- Support production and quality data analysis, and assist in process stability evaluation and dashboard development.
支持生产与质量数据分析，协助过程稳定性指标计算及可视化报表开发。
- Support the development of digital testing tools and databases, and assist in tire test data analysis and performance studies.
支持测试流程数字化工具与数据库的开发，协助轮胎测试数据分析及性能研究。
- Support industrial AI project development, and assist in data processing, feature engineering, and model analysis for manufacturing applications.
支持工业AI项目开发，协助数据处理、特征工程及模型分析应用于制造场景。
Education 教育程度
- Bachelor degree or above, Chemical, Material, Engineering or Computer Science related majors preferred 工科背景在读本科或研究生，专业如机械、自动化、材料、电子、工业工程等优先。
Experience & skills 经验及技能
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Data Science, Information System
本科及以上学历，数据科学、信息系统等相关专业优先
- Good oral and written English; 英语口语及书写能力良好；
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills 具备良好的逻辑思维和问题解决能力
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities; able to collaborate across departments 具备良好的沟通与团队协作能力, 能跨部门合作
- Good computer skills, especially Data Analysis Tools/ automation Tools. 良好的计算机技能，尤其是数据分析及自动化软件。
