职责描述
主要职责：
1. 根据项目的要求，利用现有实验室软硬件资源，进行原材料的评估和筛选；
2. 并使用筛选的原材料在实验室进行聚合、混合以及胶带涂布，并完成分析和测试；
3. 整理总结实验数据和结果，分析原材料，实验设计和结果之间的关系，并形成文件报告；
任职资格：
1. 材料科学、高分子或聚合物相关专业硕士在读;
2. 熟悉实验室操作流程；
3. 具备良好的逻辑思维和沟通能力;
4. 英语可以作为工作语言。
Major Responsibilities:
1. Based on project requirements, evaluate and screen raw materials using existing laboratory hardware and software resources.
2. Carry out polymerization, compounding, and tape coating in the laboratory using the selected raw materials, and complete related analyses and testing.
3. Organize and summarize experimental data and results, analyze the relationships between raw materials, experimental design, and outcomes, and compile formal documentation and reports.
Job Qualifications:
1. Master’s student currently enrolled in Materials Science, Polymer Science, or related disciplines.
2. Familiar with standard laboratory operating procedures.
3. Possess strong logical thinking skills and good communication abilities.
4. Proficient in English.
