职责描述
主要职责：
1. 参与实验室涂布工艺及离型膜样品的性能评估；
2. 设计并收集实验数据，协助工程师研究配方与性能的关联性，并提供分析报告。
任职资格：
1. 有机材料科学、化学工程、高分子科学或生物化学等相关专业本科在读或以上学历；
2. 掌握高分子材料表征方法（如黏度测试、热分析、力学性能测试等）；
3. 具备良好的逻辑思维和沟通能力。
Major Responsibilities:
1.Support laboratory coating processes and performance evaluation of primer samples.
2.Design and collect experimental data, assist engineers in analyzing the relationships between formulation and performance, and provide analysis reports.
Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree courses and above in organic material science, chemical engineering, polymer science or bio-chemistry science related.
2. Familiar with basic polymer characteristic methods.
3. Good logical thinking and communication skills.
