职责描述
主要职责：
1. 模拟客户端真机跌落测试中力学结构，结合实验室内部测试条件，搭建串联多种实验方法；
2. 在工程师的指导下，自主设计实验，进行验证，并对结果和失效模式进行分析；
3. 自主探索可行的试验方案，积极与工程师进行实验咨询和实验设计变更沟通；
4. 对多批实验数据进行对比，分析设计下面的真机关联，最终实验设计和真机测试之间的核心参数映射，并形成最终测试方法改进的文件汇报。
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上在读学生，材料科学，物理学，力学，及高分子材料相关专业；
2. 认真负责，脚踏实地，热爱实验工作；
3. 具备良好的沟通和优秀的逻辑思维能力；
4. 英语可以作为工作语言。
Key Responsibilities:
1. Simulate the mechanical structure of client-end true machine drop tests, integrate internal laboratory testing conditions, and establish a connection between multiple experimental methods.
2. Under the guidance of engineers, independently design and conduct experiments, and analyze test results and failure modes.
3. Actively consult with engineers on experimental design modifications and inde-pendently explore feasible solution screening.
4. Compare multiple batches of experimental data, analyze the correlation with true machine performance under the design, establish core parameter mapping between experimental design and true machine testing, and ultimately produce a document-ed report on improved testing methods.
Job Qualifications:
1. Undergraduate or above student majoring in Materials Science, Physics, Mechanics, Polymer Materials, or related fields.
2. Diligent and highly adaptable to laboratory work.
3. Strong communication skills and excellent logical thinking abilities.
4. Proficient in English.
