职责描述
Job description:
1.Strong interest in large language models (LLMs) and their underlying principles, including model behavior, limitations, and evaluation
2.Proficient in Python, with the ability to write clean, well-structured, and reproducible research code
3.Experience conducting technical research or exploratory experiments, including formulating hypotheses and validating them through POC implementations
4.Familiarity with backend development concepts and the ability to build simple services or pipelines to support experiments
5.Ability to read, understand, and summarize technical papers or documentation related to LLMs and NLP
6.Strong analytical thinking, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently on open-ended research tasks
Must Have:
1) Strong Software engineering skills, with reasonable knowledge of Python
2) Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written
3) Familiar with Dockers, Kubernetes, API Design
