Key Responsibilities
You will directly support the Flight Line management team and expatriate experts, ensuring the highly efficient operation of departmental administrative affairs:
English Language Business Support: Responsible for the Chinese-English translation and organization of daily departmental emails, notices, and technical documents.
Meeting & Itinerary Management: Organize and participate in departmental meetings, take charge of English meeting minutes and follow-ups, and coordinate administrative arrangements for expatriates.
Document Compliance Management: Assist in managing key operational documents for the Flight Line, ensuring all administrative records align with Airbus’s stringent quality and audit standards.
Data Asset Maintenance: Utilize Google Workspace (Google Suite) for data entry, analysis, and the creation of visualized reports.
Cross-departmental Collaboration: Act as the departmental interface to facilitate and coordinate administrative processes with other functions.
Requirements
Educational Background: Current undergraduate or postgraduate students (graduating in 2026 or later). All majors are welcome, with a preference for English, Management, or Aviation-related disciplines.
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (CET-6, IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent). Must be capable of professional written correspondence and verbal communication in an all-English working environment.
Attendance (Mandatory): Available 5 days per week for a minimum duration of 6 consecutive months. We seek candidates with a stable time commitment to ensure deep involvement in departmental operations.
Outstanding multi-tasking skills with the ability to remain organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
