The Retail Talent Acquisition Intern serves as a vital support role within the People & Culture department, specifically focusing on the dynamic and high-volume recruitment needs of the retail sector. This position is designed for individuals seeking to bridge the gap between academic theory and professional practice by engaging in the full lifecycle of talent acquisition to fuel the growth of lululemon new stores. The intern will collaborate with senior recruiters to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier talent for both store-level and corporate positions, ensuring that the organization maintains a competitive edge in the retail market.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sourcing & Screening| Posting job openings across multiple platforms, proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, and conducting initial resume screenings. | Develop proficiency in identifying key retail competencies and utilizing advanced sourcing technologies.
2.Candidate Management| Coordinating interview schedules, managing candidate communications, and maintaining data integrity within the Tracking System . | Master the logistics of high-volume recruitment and enhance professional communication skills.
3.Administrative Support | Preparing recruitment reports, managing team calendars, and ensuring compliance with hiring documentation. | Understand the operational and regulatory framework of a professional HR department.
Qualifications:
1.Education | Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or master’s program.
2.Technical Skills | Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3.Experience | Strong interest in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources. | Prior experience in a customer-facing retail or hospitality environment is a plus.
4.Competencies | Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. | Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
5. Attendance | 4-5 Days/week, prefer 6 months.
