职责描述
本岗位由上海外服-东浩人力资源公司代菲拉格慕提供招聘以及简历筛选和邀约面试等服务
FERRAGAMO OPERATION INTERN
Job Mission:
This position is help to OP team to elaborate support daily operation, you could learn and lay a solid foundation in luxury store ops function during your internship.
Job Description：
1. Data collection and input
- Contact with store to consolidate information
- Help to monitor the process in OP related projects
- Cooperate to upload data into SAP and sort out invoices regularly
2. Documents translation and archiving
- Assist to translate HQ documents from EN to CN or proofread
- Follow up chop seal SOPs on related documents and archive
3. Others
- Deliver and receive parcels and files from stores
- Help to support other simple ad hoc tasks
Period: at least 3 days from Mon. to Thu. for over 3 months
Location: Wheelock square, No 1717 Nanjing Road West, Shanghai
Basic Request:
- College degree, finance, accounting relevant subject senior grade student is preferred
- Good at data collecting and sorting, willing to study, humble and carefulness.

本岗位协助运营团队开展日常运营支持工作，实习期间你将深入学习并夯实奢侈品门店运营职能的扎实基础。
岗位职责
数据收集与录入
对接各门店，完成信息汇总工作
协助跟进运营相关项目的推进流程
配合完成 SAP 系统数据上传，并定期整理发票
文件翻译与归档
协助将总部英文文件译为中文，或进行译文校对
遵照相关文件的盖章标准作业流程执行，并完成文件归档
其他工作
收发门店的包裹与文件
协助完成其他简单的临时性工作
实习要求
出勤时间：每周周一至周四至少出勤 3 天，实习时长不少于 4 个月
工作地点：上海市南京西路 1717 号会德丰国际广场
基本要求：
本科在读，财务、会计相关专业高年级学生优先
擅长数据收集与整理，学习主动性强，工作踏实认真、细致严谨
