职责描述
We are looking for a graduate student majoring in English to join our team as an intern. You will be responsible for website content building, social media customer acquisition on Facebook/TikTok, and assisting with overseas tourism reception and itinerary coordination. This role requires solid English skills, cross-cultural communication awareness, and basic operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1 Website Content Development
1.1 Write, edit and update English website content, including destination introductions, tour packages, service descriptions and travel guides.
1.2 Ensure content is accurate, attractive and in line with overseas user reading habits.
2 Social Media Marketing & Customer Acquisition
2.1 Manage and update Facebook, TikTok and other social media accounts with English posts, short captions and interactive content.
2.2 Assist in attracting potential international tourists, replying to comments and private messages in a timely manner to increase followers and inquiries.
3 Operations & Outreach Support
3.1 Assist in communicating with foreign visitors via email or chat to understand travel needs.
3.2 Support the coordination of tour itineraries, including itinerary confirmation, service reminders and simple reception arrangements.
3.3 Help with cross-border outreach and follow-up work to ensure smooth travel experience for overseas guests.
4 Requirements
4.1 Current postgraduate student majoring in English, Translation or related fields.
4.2 Proficient in written and spoken English; able to produce natural and fluent English content.
4.3 Familiar with Facebook, TikTok and other mainstream international social platforms.
4.4 Careful, responsible and good at communication; with strong learning ability and teamwork spirit.
