1. Support engineers in engineering testing and validation of electronic products, including functional testing, performance testing, and environmental reliability testing;
2. Set up test environments according to test plans, execute test cases, and record and organize test data;
3. Assist in drafting test reports, help analyze issues identified during testing, and perform preliminary fault localization;
4. Maintain test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, electronic loads) to ensure a stable and reliable test environment;
5. Collaborate with the R&D team on prototype assembly, debugging, and engineering change verification;
6. Complete other technical support tasks as assigned by the team.
【Qualifications】
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (current students or recent graduates) in Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or a related field;
2. Basic knowledge of electronic circuits and familiarity with common electronic components; basic soldering skills required;
3. Familiar with the operation of common test instruments (oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, etc.);
4. Strong documentation skills, with the ability to clearly record test processes and results;
5. Detail-oriented, responsible, strong hands-on skills, and a good team player;
6. Experience in electronic design competitions, lab projects, or relevant internships is a plus.
